Who is Bailey Dickens and Fader Productions, LLC?
It is just me, Scotty W. Fader. The other two are inspirations of mine – George Bailey of It’s a Wonderful Life who sacrificed all he could to make sure others lassoed their dreams and Charles Dickens the writer of one of my favorite stories The Christmas Carol and many more amazing books that live on generation after generation. I wanted to honor them by making them part of the name of the production company I write under. I hoped it would make me live up to the greatness of their names and what they did for entertainment and the audiences they acted and wrote for.
I am a service-disabled US Army veteran and writer. I am currently working on multiple scripts. I prefer drama and romance genres. I enjoy mixing the two together. I also have written some super hero, scary, light horror concepts.
Part of my writing process is also writing lyrics and music concepts that can be incorporated into movies or TV shows that I am writing. The lyrics tend to become more personal to the script as I know the scene and emotion I am hoping to elicit. The right words or music can make or break a scene. I have been a musician since I was 11 years old, and I hear words and melodies that may add to scenes.
I hope to be able to connect my scripts with the right people to get turned into movies or TV shows. I am currently looking for the right entertainment agent to shop my work.
